THE LOST SHEEP by Rolleen

Once upon a time, there was a kind and caring shepherd who had 100 sheep. The shepherd loved his sheep like they were his own children and would do anything to protect them. One day, one of the sheep got lost and couldn't find its way back to the flock. The shepherd was so worried, he thought to himself, "Oh no, one of my babies is missing!”

So, he set out to find the lost sheep. He searched high and low, through hills and valleys, calling out, "Here sheepy, sheepy! Where are you?" until he finally found the sheep, safe and sound. The shepherd was overjoyed and picked up the sheep, carrying it back to the flock on his shoulders, giving it a big hug and saying, "There you are, my little one! I've been looking for you!"

When the other sheep saw their lost friend back with the shepherd, they all celebrated together, jumping and baaing with joy. The shepherd was so happy that he threw a big party to celebrate the return of the lost sheep, with lots of food, drinks, and games for all of his sheep to enjoy.

God, like the shepherd, loves and cares for each and every one of us. And just like the lost sheep, sometimes we might stray from the path and get lost, but God is always there to help us find our way back home. He will never give up on us, just like the shepherd never gave up on his lost sheep.
